This 190 bed hotel conversion in central London was constructed over various phases to allow the hotel to remain operable for the duration of the works. The project included the provision of a new link between the existing hotel to the two end bays to create 190 bedrooms and carrying out full refurbishment of existing hotel, relocation reception and creating a new bar/lounge area.
 
We collaborated with a London based architects to assist them to develop their initial concept sketch from sketch design to completion. This was a fast-paced project which required careful planning and phasing to meet deadlines and keep the hotel operable during the conversion. We were liaising with their London office and site foreman on a daily basis, as well as coordinating detailed design drawings with consultants and attending fortnightly site meetings.
