A three bedroomed house spread over two floors and 210 Sqm with 180 degree sea views in Dunedin. The brief was to demolish the existing house and develop a modern open plan residence maximising the sea views while still maintaining the existing view paths from existing properties and ridge height or original property.
 
Studio DMA developed the concept design, 3D visuals and prepared the pre-planning application for a private client.
