Private Members Club & Boutique Hotel.

A private member´s club with bar & restaurant on ground & first floor & hotel accommodation over. This project consisted of a complete renovation and refurbishment of the existing building at all levels, along with creating a sub basement and a two storey rear extension.
 
This project was split over two phases. Phase one consisted of building the overall scheme and hotel, while leaving the private members club fit out for phase two. We collaborated with a London based architects to develop the detailed design package right through to completion. We prepared the full construction package, inclusive of attendance of fortnightly site coordination meetings, in-house client meetings and liaising with other design team consultants.
 
We later developed phase two and fit out of the members club. We again collaborated with a with a London based architects to develop the fit out construction drawing package, taking the interior designers concept information and coordinating it into the architectural package.
