A 1,178 Sqm extension under a prominent residential building in Central London comprising of 2No. one bed apartments, 1No. two bed apartments, 1No. three bed duplex apartment with 4 bedroom staff wing, refurbishment to key common areas / stairwells & forming a new private residents Spa area in the sub-basement.

 

Studio DMA collaborated with one of London’s top luxury interior designers initially to realise the concept presentation drawings & sketch up model for client approval.
