A 3,300 Sqm / 35, 520 Sq ft contemporary villa for a top UAE developer. The brief was to create a modern, contemporary design split over three floors along with a roof terrace. The main entrance has a 16m high Atrium with a cantilevered feature marble clad stairs and feature metal rods suspended from the roof slab.
 
Studio DMA collaborated with one of Dubai’s top luxury interior designers initially to realise the concept presentation drawings. We later developed the detailed design stage of the project resolving all technical & design details, liaising with our design lead and coordinating all aspects with the various consultants to produce a fully coordinated tender drawing package.
