Part demolition of an existing office block and factory at the rear and conversion to luxury residential units consisting of 6No. one bedroom apartments, 7No. two bedroom apartments, 1No. two bedroom duplex and 3No. four bedroom mews houses.
 
Studio DMA collaborated with a London based architects to the planning consented drawings and develop the detailed design & tender drawing package, liaising with our design lead and coordinating all aspects with the various consultants to produce a fully coordinated tender drawing package.
