This iconic 7 story property located in Notting Hill, London, and formally was part of a world-famous luxury 5 Star hotel.

The objective was to create a modern private residence but keeping the classical feeling and past of the house. To reach this goal, there is a sophisticated mixture of classical listed features and modern incursions with honed black marble features. Reflective materials and creative apertures create a light rhythm throughout the residence, which also features a master bedroom penthouse.

Studio DMA collaborated with one of London’s top design studios to assist them with the concept sketch up model and presentation drawings for client approval. We later developed the detailed design stage of the project resolving all technical & design details, liaising with our design lead and coordinating all aspects with the various consultants to produce a fully coordinated tender drawing package.
