Luxury Country Residence

This was a refurbishment project for a 200 Sqm three bedroom country residence split over two levels.
 
The concept was to develop this derelict building into a country weekend residence.
 
We developed an open plan entertainment and living space at ground floor level with a feature fireplace and double height spaces. We exposed the existing stone work to retain the rustic feel and then added modern materials such as corten steel and polished concrete floor tiles to give it a modern feel.
 
The upper floor has two bedrooms, games room and lounge area overlooking the main entertainment space below.
 
Studio DMA developed the concept design and 3D visuals.
